The big Scam and Fraud about DeepWeb experience

I am a journalist and I was interesting to know if the website from DeepNet is really real and not a scam.
Well, I accessed the http://2ogmrlfzdthnwkez.onion/index.php , pretty simple to register, just a nickname and a password. When you finish the register it shows up a message that says you would not be able to recover your password. This is the tip that the scam is about to happen because any good site would let you recover your own password.
After that you access the message link where you suppose to contact someone in the website and it says"
"Due to too large message volume only our customers who have already bought from us will be able to use this message function.
If you want to talk to us, please make an order first. We always reply to people who made a purchase within 12-24 hours!"

Bullshit! I made the experience and this function never was able. I made the payment with bitcoins, because my company was paying, I waited for 4 days and never had a response. After that I logout the website and I tried to login some days later and guess what?
I never could login again because my password was not right. And I am very positive that I was typing my correct password.
Since there is no way to recover the password I lost the money I had payed and the time I had spent.
So if you want to try any experience in this website. FORGET IT.
IT IS A BIG SCAM.
I will do more experience in the DEEPWEB and let you guys know about it.
